Always trim your wick to 1/4″ before candle is lit each time to avoid soot.

Do not trim wick shorter 1/4".

Burn candle so melted wax reaches the edge of the jar to prevent tunneling. Burn no more than four hours at a time, and do not burn with less than 1/2″ of wax remaining.

Ensure the wick is centered.

After each burn, adjust the wick while the wax is still soft.

When 1/4” to 1/2″ of wax is left in your candle, it’s time to discontinue use and upcycle the glass. Tip: Put the candle in the freezer, and wax should pop out easily.
