Returns

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

Damage Claims

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

Please email contact@theflamingmoth.com with your order number, description of the damage, and photos of both the inside and outside of the package.

Missing or Stolen Packages

We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re scanned by the carrier.

Please contact the carrier directly if your package is marked as delivered but missing.

Consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive your delivery.

Sale Items

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Online discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined with sale items.

Custom Gift Sets

Bulk & Private Label Orders

Bulk and private label orders that have been pre-approved are made to order and are final sale. We are a small batch operation so any custom bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
